1. The manuscript. Articles are sent to the editorial office of the Eurasian Scientific and Medical Journal “Sino” at: sino-journal@mail.ru prepared in MS Word for Windows format (have the extension *.doc, *.docx, *.rtf). The font is Times New Roman, the font size of the main text is 14, the interval is 1.5, the paragraph indentation is 1.25. Margin size: top – 2.5 cm, bottom – 2.5 cm, left – 3 cm, right – 1.5 cm. All pages, starting with the title page, must be numbered sequentially.
2. The language of the article submission. The journal accepts manuscripts from any country in Russian and English for publication. If the article is written in Russian, then it is mandatory to translate the metadata of the article into English (full name of the authors, official name of the institutions of the authors, addresses, title of the article, summary of the article, keywords, information for contacting the responsible author, as well as an article-by-article list of references).
3. The title page should begin with the following information: the title of the article, the initials and surname of the author / authors, the full name of the institution in which each author works, in the nominative case, with mandatory indication of the status of the organization and departmental affiliation, abstract (summary) and keywords separated by commas (at least 5). The keywords of review articles should include the word “review”.
4. Rules for the design of original articles. The structure of the original articles should correspond to the IMRAD format (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion). The plan for constructing original articles should be as follows: abstract (summary) and keywords in Russian and English; relevance (introduction); purpose of the study; material and methods; results; discussion; conclusions and a list of cited literature. Information about financial support for work, grants, commendations; indication of a conflict of interest. The volume of original articles is 15-20 pages.
5. Rules for the design of a literature review. The review article should be designated by the authors as (literature review) after the title of the article. It is desirable that the reviews comply with international recommendations on systematic literature search methods and standards. Summaries of review articles should contain information about literature search methods in Scopus, Web of Science, MedLine, The Cochrane Library, EMBASE, Global Health, CyberLeninka, RSCI, and others. The volume of review articles is 20-25 pages.
6. Rules for registration of clinical observations. Clinical observations made in accordance with the recommendations of CARE have priority. The recommendations of CARE can be found at the link http://care-statement.org. The length of the article for describing clinical observation is up to 10 pages.
7. Bibliographic lists. The journal uses the Vancouver citation style (in the list of references, references are numbered not alphabetically, but as they are mentioned in the text, regardless of the language in which the work is given). In addition to the fundamental works, the bibliography should contain publications from the last 5-7 years, primarily articles from journals, links to highly cited sources, including Scopus and the Web of Science. In original articles, it is advisable to cite from 15 to 20 sources, in literature reviews — no more than 40 and clinical observations – up to 10 sources are recommended. Bibliographic references in the text of the article are indicated by numbers in square brackets.
8. Making an article-by-article list of references. Taking into account the requirements of international citation systems, bibliographic lists are included in the English-language block of the article and, accordingly, should be given not only in the original language, but also in Latin (Roman alphabet). Therefore, the authors of articles should provide a list of references in two versions: Russian–language sources – in Cyrillic, English – in Latin. The list of references is given in the order of citation. All sources should be numbered, and their numbering should strictly correspond to the numbering in the text of the article. If there are more than 4 authors, the first 3 authors are indicated, then “и др.” is put in the Russian or “et al.” in the English text).
9. The abstract (summary) of the article should clearly state the essential facts of the work and include the following structure: the purpose of the study, materials and methods, results, conclusion (conclusions) and keywords. The text of the author’s summary should be from 150 to 250 words long. The English-language version of the summary of the article should fully correspond in meaning, structure and style (Objective, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion) to the Russian-language version and be literate from the point of view of the English language.
10. Key words. For the correct spelling of keywords in English, you should use the thesaurus of the US National Library of Medicine. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/mesh
11. Information about the authors: Full name, academic degree, title, position, name of the institution with the address, e-mail address of the authors. For the responsible author for correspondence: Full name, academic degree, title, position, place of work and contact information (zip code, postal address, phone, E-mail). For each author, you must specify: SPIN in the e-library (https://elibrary.ru), Researcher ID (http://www.researcherid.com ), ORCID ID (http://orcid.org ).
12. Crossref DOI (Digital Object Identifier) — digital object identifier. The published articles in the issues of the journal are assigned the DOI Crossref. The prefix of the journal is DOI: 10.54538.
13. The text of the submitted manuscript is final and must be carefully verified and corrected.
